特首梁振英女兒梁齊昕在Facebook上載照片及影片，指自己在餐廳中撞傷，致左眼眼眉位置血流如注，惟未待處理傷口，梁齊昕已率先上載照片及影片跟大家分享。

Literally. Possibly the world's clumsiest person no joke hahaha. I now have a left scar to match the one on the right !! Identical mirror image scars LOL. And of course I had to take a selfie and document it on social media before any kind of first-aid. LOL. Duh. I'm actually not kidding I might be the world's clumsiest person lololol and I swear I'm the only one who laughs when injured- last time I was in a wheelchair in hospital I just couldn't stop giggling
梁齊昕上載流血影片1小時內已有逾5100人瀏覽，她說自己是最笨拙的人，在餐廳撞傷後，左眼疤痕可以「配合」右眼的疤痕。她又表示自己先自拍並上載於社交媒體上才接受急救，並感謝餐廳員工的關心及為她送上膠布。
