Victoria's Secret控制權易手兼私有化　估值11億美元遜預期

美國著名內衣品牌Victoria's Secret易手。L Brands同意向私募股權公司Sycamore Partners出售Victoria's Secret 55%股權，作價5.25億美元，令Victoria's Secret的估值變為11億美元，低於分析員預期。Victoria's Secret將私有化。

同時，創立L Brands及現時身兼主席與行政總裁的Leslie Wexner將離開公司。

根據協議，Sycamore Partners購買Victoria's Secret的55%股權，L Brands則保留45%股權，而Victoria's Secret將私有化。另外，L Brands護膚品牌業務Bath & Body Works將會分拆上市。L Brands本月26日公布季度業績時，擬詳細公布重組細節。
