早前被指縱容辦公室性騷擾 聯合國急補鑊推五項新措施

聯合國周五（2日）公布5項針對性騷擾行為的新措施，強調對性騷擾採取零容忍政策。新措施包括啟動協助熱線、成立任務小組協助受害者，所有職員均需接受相關培訓、加強保護受害者，鼓勵舉報性騷擾行為等。

聯合國秘書長古特雷斯（Antonio Guterres）表示，性騷擾源於歷史上男女性權力失衡，聯合國一直致力推動性別平等政策，賦予女性更大權力，防止性騷擾和任何濫用職權行為。
目前負責聯合國日常運作的秘書處資深職員，男女比例已趨平等，甚至女性多於男性（23比21）。
「#MeToo」浪潮席捲全球，早前聯合國被批評縱容性騷擾行為。有現職或前聯合國員工形容，組織的沉默文化和不公制度，令受害者的控訴不被重視，加上調查過程錯漏百出，案件不了了之。
