Glycerin與Transcend皆是Brooks最「豪華」的緩震跑鞋，後者是穩定型（扁平足或腳掌過度外翻人士適用），Glycerin則是正常足弓版本。兩者皆以Super DNA作為緩震物料，比品牌另一物料BioMoGo DNA效果強25%。

今代整體結構沒大變動，鞋面紋理變得簡潔，網布物料亦更新了，網布幅蓋更大，提升透氣度。另一更新是外底的坑紋，中掌外側位置亦多了plush transition zone，聲稱有助後踭到前掌的推進。3D Fit Print鞋楦是一如以往的「貼腳」。
