融合了BioMoGo及Brooks獨有緩震物料DNA的BioMoGo DNA，跑起來感覺軟綿綿，幸不會過份吸走向前的衝力，「力量回饋」（Responsiveness）值得一讚。前後掌落差雖有12毫米，但後踭高度由過往的35毫米減至30毫米，所以就算中掌落地也感覺順暢。今代的鞋楦空間略略改善，稍為闊掌的人士該會喜歡；鞋舌有充足的軟墊，綁上鞋帶令腳掌固定在鞋內，減少腳掌與鞋內周邊磨擦的機會。

Ghost 10同時提供闊楦版本（男：2E；女：D），可滿足闊腳掌跑友需要。要注意的是，Ghost 10是中性跑鞋，建議扁平足或腳掌過度外翻跑友，咨詢專業人士意見後，方決定穿著與否。

要影的feature1）A very good news for runners is the updated 30mm heel height from the 35mm of the previous version. While the shoe maintains the 12mm heel offset, the significant drop in stack height gives it a closer to the ground feel than ever and enhances ground perception.2）Another huge update for runners is the full-length crash pad. It gives runners a more flexible platform and helps the runners during high-mileage runs maintain their foot strikes.

3）The update should also improve shock-absorption, regardless of where the runner lands.

4）The fit changes for the better in the Ghost 9 as a roomier toe box should delight those with flat, inflexible, and slightly wider feet.

5）The new engineered mesh offers excellent breathability and wraps the foot in comfort and support.
